I loved staying at this hotel! It was super clean and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were also great, especially the breakfast with lots of variety at a reasonable price. Additionally, the location in a quiet Financial district of this city was a definite plus. Transportation was a breeze with the hotel being close to the Tamachi station.

When we found out our room was available for a much lesser price. We did not get good value for our money. Also the water thermos in our room was not working. And our room floor carpet and window curtains were a bit dusty (not good for a baby)

The detergent used on bedsheet, pillow and quilt cover is too strong, it caused a little skin allergy reaction

Incredible value for a Tokyo hotel. Not too small and not too expensive.Great English-speaking front desk service as well. A quick 3 block walk to a major JR train station (Tamachi).

Our Easter stay in Tokyo was an awesome experience. the hotel's location was perfect as it was close to the train station and there were various convenience stores and eateries nearby. We really liked the big size of the hotel room and the provided complete amenities, including special amenities for kids. the easy access to both Narita and Haneda airport made our trip less stressful.

As I had to do business in Tokyo, this Hotel was ideal for me because it was very near to the office I had to go to. I had no problems with the hotel, the internet connection was really fast. I did not use anything else.

the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to assist us. Secondly, the rooms were very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel is great as it is within walking distance of Tamachi train station, making it easy to explore the city.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was a lack of spoons or forks in the hotel room. However, this did not detract from the overall positive experience.

location was nice - near a bunch of good restaurants and shops, close to the subway and the rainbow bridge. easy to walk around the neighborhood.

beds were a little hard for us americans (but not awful by any means). and we would have liked to have wireless in the rooms, and longer wireless in the lobby.
